Workshop Description:

This workshop is focused on appropriate relational standards, or “personal boundaries”, with the addicted loved one, to promote self care & movement towards healing.  Topics include triggers and re-establishing freedoms.

As a result of this workshop, the participant will gain an understanding of…

  • better boundaries, their types & its importance;
  • the “myths” associated with personal boundaries; and
  • implementing boundaries.
