Workshop Description:
The attendee will gain an understanding of what healthy vs. unhealthy relationships are and the associated lifestyle behaviors common in each as it relates to the loved one with an addiction. This includes understanding productive communication techniques to restore, build and maintain healthy relationships with others and evaluating and taking responsibility for one’s actions.
