Stacy Emminger is the founder of Donegal Substance Abuse Alliance and has been leading and operating the organization since its inception in November 2015. She is currently filling the position of Executive Director. Stacy is a Certified Family Recovery Specialist and is trained in CRAFT, SMART, Invitation to Change and Families in Recovery models. She is highly knowledgeable in many aspects of the support needed by families or individuals who face effects of substance abuse and addiction. She is a highly motivated leader always pursuing new opportunities to serve clients and the community. Stacy has two sons, Jesse, age 24 and Anthony, who died from a heroin overdose in 2014 at the age of 23. She has four grandchildren. Stacy resides in Mount Joy, PA.
