“Supporting Recovery as a response to Addiction”. This is more than a positioning phrase for GOAL, it is at the heart of GOAL’s existence and it is the driving force for all those that serve on the Board of Directors and who participate as staff for GOAL in its various projects.

GOAL purposively seeks collaboration and partners such as the International Substance Abuse and Addiction Coalition (ISAAC), Christian Recovery International, World Witness, Orthodox Christian Mission Coalition, Anglican Relief and Development, the OPORA Center, SAPTA, the SARAH Network, Uganda Christian University, Episcopal Periodical Club, and the USGovernment. Through these collaborative efforts GOAL has made significant impact in Eastern Europe and Africa. You will find a brief description of our projects in four of those areas.

If you would like to partner with GOAL to address the disease of addiction and recovery please download the GOAL Project Application[3], review the courses our trainers can teach (under Resources), complete the application and return it to mail@goalproject.org. We will contact you to review and refine your proposal for approval.
